Swiss, made for the English Market, circa 1930. Fine silver, silver gilt and black lacquer, coral set vanity case with a built-in keyless watch within the lid.

C. Double body, black lacquered rectangular, the watch compartment disclosed by a sliding panel, set with a carved coral rectangular floral ornament. A pencil, a coin and a stamp compartments inside with engine-turned lids. D. Frosted silver with luminescent Arabic numerals. Luminescent "skeleton" hands. M. 8 1/2, nickel plated, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance flat balance spring. Dim. 88 x 49 mm.
