Golay - Laresche & Fils, Geneve, No. 15950, made for E.M. Amsdem, Minneapolis, Mimn.(U.S.A.), circa 1887. Fine 18K pink gold, keyless watch with chronograph.
C. Three body, massive, "bassine et filets " , engineturned. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with a date. D. White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and chronograph rings and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. Glazed, 19"', nickel plated, 22 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with swan neck micrometric index. Chronograph with visible work, activated by depressing the winding crown. Signed on the dial and cuvette. Diam. 51 mm.
