Universal, Geneve, "Tri-Compax", 1940's. Very fine large, astronomic, 14K pink gold gentleman' s wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, tachometer, triple date and moon phases.
C. massive, polished, satined, stepped sides. D. matt silver with radium Arabic numerals + auxiliary dials for the seconds, the 12 hours and 30 minutes registers, graduation for the clays of the month, outer tachometer graduation, apertures for the clays of the week, the months and the lunations. "Lozenge" radiumed skeleton hands. M. 14 1/2'" rhodium plated, 17 jewels, lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 37 mm.
