Gurzelen, Chronoscope, Brevet& S.G.D.G., circa 1880. Fine and unusual silver patented keyless watch with minutes and hours recorders.
C. Four body, massive with decorated band, the engine-turned back centred with a framed blank escutcheon. Hinged silver cuvette with engine-turned border. D. White enamel with Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary dials for seconds and the minutes and hours registers. Blued "spade " hands. M. 18"' , nickel plated, "fusses cotes " decoration, 18 jewels, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Hours and minutes recorders with button on the band to reset hands to zero. Signed on the dial, Trade Mark on the movement. Diam. 52 mm.
