Unusual Wood and Gold Cigarette Case with Matching Compact

Having a rectangular shape, bombé front and back, each with inlaid wood with gold borders, thumb tab, and interior, the compact having a fitted beveled mirror and powder cover, in 18K yellow gold; the cigarette case measures approx. 100 mm x 60 mm x 15 mm and the compact measures approx. 78 mm x 56 mm x 13 mm, in 18K yellow gold. (The cigarette case has a small crack in the wood on each end.)
