Each designed from double loops, each loop centering an enameled clown standing on a bar within a twisted wire rotating frame, the clown holding a barbell-one with gold weights and one with cultured pearl weights, each of which can be lifted above the clown's head on pivoting arms; the loops are suspended from a round, brilliant-cut diamond stud, in 14K yellow gold.
