With a floral design at the top decorated with an oval-shaped, cabochon-cut sapphire and 6 petals, each with a round, single-cut diamond, suspending 3 rows of round, brilliant-cut diamonds, each terminating with an oval-shaped, cabochon-cut sapphire and round diamond-set petals, having a total weight of approx. 25 cts. for the 8 sapphires and a total weight of approx. 4.50 cts. for the74 diamonds, mounted in 18K white and yellow gold.
