Amusing Sapphire, Diamond and Gold Lapel Clip Watch, 1940's

Depicting a three-dimensional cuckoo clock, in heavy ribbed gold, with small baguette-cut sapphire hinges on the door and door handle, a small round sapphire at the top, and a small, round, brilliant-cut diamond at the top of one of the three tassels; the door opens to reveal the watch, which contains a 17 jeweled, unadjusted, Swiss movement by Paul Vallette Watch Co., in 14K yellow gold, with a white gold clip.
