Antique Diamond and Natural Pearl Pendant Brooch, circa 1880

Having an ivy leaf motif decorated with old mine- and rose-cut diamonds (one diamond is missing), terminating in a baroque pearl measuring approx. 11.2 mm wide, mounted in silver-topped 18K yellow gold; the 2 end portions of the pendant are detachable so that it may be worn as a brooch. (A 14K white gold chain has replaced the original.)
