Having an intertwining floral motif set with 4 round, faceted ruby pistols, the leaves and stems set with rose-cut diamonds, terminating in a round, faceted ruby of approx. 3 cts, mounted in silver and 18K yellow gold; the back has double pendant loops to accommodate a chain or cord, with a detachable brooch fitting.
