Designed from a free-hanging row of 1 pear-shaped and 2 oval-shaped, faceted sapphires, each surrounded by 14 round, brilliant-cut diamonds, with 2 additional diamond accents between each sapphire, suspended from 3 diamonds in a triangular designed ear pad, having a total weight of approx. 6 cts. for the sapphires and approx. 1.70 cts. for the diamonds, mounted in 18K yellow and white gold.
