Swiss, made for the Oriental Market, circa 1850.Very fine, 18K gold and enamel, pendant vinaigrette, designed as miniature tureen with cover, suspended by a short gold chain.

C. Three-body in the form of a tureen with hinged cover, fully decorated with flowers painted over a red ground, further white and turquoise champlevé enamelled decoration, the hinged cover set with a ruby. Inner hinged gold grill, pierced and engraved with foliage.Diam. 31 mm.
