White enamel with Roman numerals, outer Arabic minute and seconds rings. Blued steel ?spade? hands. M. 21???, frosted and gilt, three-quarter plate, 18 jewels in screwed settings, English pointed tooth lateral platform escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring.
