Unusual Lapis Starfish Brooch

Designed as a stylized starfish of carved Lapis with a central ornament composed of a single cultured pearl embellished with rays of enamel, bead-set rows of round, brilliant-cut diamonds and cultured pearls; the legsa of the starfish are studded with bezel-set round, brilliant-cut diamonds and cabochon-cut coral with the tip of each leg capped with pave-set round, brilliant-cut diamonds with a total diamond weight of approx. 2 cts.and mounted in 18K yellow gold and silver.
