C. Double body outer, covered with a later dark blue leather. Inner bassine, the band pierced and engraved with foliage. D. Gilt brass champlevé with Roman numerals over a matted ground, inner Arabic alarm setting disc decorated with a chased rosette. Single blued steel "arrow hand". M. Hinged gilt brass full plate with urn-shaped pillars, fusee with chain, verge escapement, plain steel three-arm balance, short early balance spring, gilt brass balance cock with single foot, pierced and engravedn three separated openwork sectors allowing the balance spring to be seen.Signed on the back plate.Diam. 54 mm.
