C. Four-body, "bassine et filets" by C.W. Mfg. Co., No. 121344, back with translucent dark blue enamel over sunburst engine turning with gold paillon stars, center with gold paillon fleur-de-lis. D. White enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Ball patented (No. 2702 of Aug 15, 1893) hands. M. O size, 3/4 split plate damascened in circular pattern (patented by Ball), 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut-bimetallic compensation balance with blued steel Breguet balancepring, gold center wheel, pendant set.Signed on dial and movement, dial also signed by Brotherhood of Locomotive Firemen.Diam. 35 mm.
