Off-white, by Willis, radial Roman numerals, outer mi-nute/seconds track with five-minute/seconds Arabic markers, winding indicator at 12 o'clock, subsidiary sunk seconds. Blued steel "spade" hands. M. 49 mm. (21 3/4'''), 3/4 plate, frosted gilt, 24 jewels, lateral counterpoised lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring, diamond endstone, Nicole Nielsen chronograph work, repeating on gongs through activating slide in the band.Signed on dial and movement, case punched by Harrison Mill Frodsham mark and by Bamford.Diam. 60 mm.

It is because of famous large Frodshams such as this one that J.P. Morgan chose this type of watch to give as a presents.Both the case and the movement are of the highest quality. The case was made by A.T. Oliver, whose best workman was Bamford. He was the only one allowed to stamp his cases, and he did so with a very small letter "B" to do so. The movement, made by Frodsham, Nicole Nielsen and Piguet in collaboration, is superbly finished.
