VAN CLEEF & ARPELS ART DECO DRESS WATCH PLATINUM YELLOW GOLD & DIAMONDS Van Cleef & Arpels, Paris, No. 20764. Made circa 1930. Very fine and extremely rare, 18K yellow gold, platinum and diamond wristwatch with an integral yellow gold snake bracelet and clasp.

C. Five-body, bell shaped with a flat bezel, diamonds along the hinged large lug with a mobile connector to the bracelet also set with large baguette diamonds, the side of the bell-shaped case set with diamonds along the bevels, the front secured by four screws. D. Silver with black Deco numerals, inner minute track. Black Deco hands. M. Rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Case signed and numbered. DIM. 30 x 30 mm.
