GIRARD-PERREGAUX MINUTE REPEATER YELLOW GOLD Girard Perregaux. Case No. 315065. Made circa 1900. Very fine and very rare, minute-repeating, 18K yellow gold, keyless hunting-cased pocket watch. Accompanied by the original repeating-trip Girard-Perregaux box and a Girard-Perregaux document.

C. Four-body, bassine, polished, medallion inscription to the inner case back, decorative initials to the reverse. Hinged gold cuvette with medallions and inscriptions. D. White enamel with Arabic numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Gilt Louis XV hands. M. 43 mm, rhodium-plated, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement with compensation, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs with two polished steel hammers.
