GRAHAM VE-DAY CHRONOGRAPH CHRONOFIGHTER STEEL Graham, Chronofighter, Officially Certified Chronometer, No. 068 / 100. Made in circa 2006 to commemorate the end of World War II on May 8th, 1945. Fine and unusual, oversized, self-winding, water-resistant, stainless steel chronometer wristwatch with trigger type chronograph, register and a stainless steel Graham buckle.
C. Three-body, polished and brushed, curved lugs, concave bezel, case back with 8 screws and embossed logo, winding crown and chronograph buttons at 9 with start/stop functions activated by a trigger, return-to-zero by round button at 10, sapphire crystal. D. Bicolor matte black and silver with a faint map of Europe, luminous square indexes, outer 1/5th seconds track, subsidiary silver guilloche dials for the seconds and 30-minute register, outer minute/second divisions, VE-DAY in white gold letters below 12 and printed red: 8 May 1945 above 6. Luminous modern steel hands. M. Cal. G-1722, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 30 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating fl at balance spring, index regulator, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 46 mm. Thickness 17 mm.
