Fine and unusual, miniature, 8 day-going key-wind humpback carriage clock with solid silver case. Accompanied by a key.

C. Solid silver, humpback, turned feet, numbered hinged rear door with handle, secured carry-chain to the upper, glazed front. D. Gilt with engraved silvered chapter ring, black Roman numerals, outer minute track, the lower signed in script ?Elizabeth of Glamis? fl anked by two roses. Blued steel moon hands. M. Swiss, rectangular, gilt brass, plain pillars, 4 spoke wheels, barrel for the going train, straight line lever platform escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating fl at balance spring, index regulator. Dial signed, case hallmarked. Dim. 12 cm x 7 cm x 4.3 cm.
