Very fine and unique, large, world time, selfwinding, water-resistant, titanium oxide, ceramic and titanium wristwatch with day and night indicator, square button fly-back chronograph, registers, date, and Girard-Perregaux rubber strap with black DLC titanium deployant clasp. Accompanied by fitted box and Certificate.
Case: Three-body, titanium oxide and titanium, polished and brushed, transparent smoked sapphire crystal case back with 6 screws, rounded ceramic bezel, concave lugs, screw-down crowns, the winding crown at 9 moves the city disc backwards or forwards, at 3 for setting the time and moving the night/day 24-hour ring backwards or forwards, sapphire crystals. Dial: Black with luminous Arabic numerals, subsidiary dials for the seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, surrounded by a white and black revolving ring with contrasting painted red and white Arabic numerals for the night/day 24- hour indication, outermost revolving disc bearing the names of 24 cities in the world with Monaco in red, aperture for the date between 1 and 2. Luminous white baton hands. Movement: GP03387, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes and oeil de perdrix decoration, 63 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, shock-absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diameter 43 mm.

Girard-Perregaux marks a new first by using titanium oxide for this unique timepiece from its ww.tc collection. Clad in black and white with a hint of red, the world time is set for Monaco to demonstrate the company's attachment to the Principality's charitable initiatives. Girard-Perregaux's engineers have for the first time used ultra-light titanium oxide for the white single-piece watch case middle of the ww.tc Only Watch 2011. This first-ever feat was then combined with the forty parts making up the case itself, including a ceramic bezel and a titanium internal protective container. Further confirming the uniqueness of the ww.tc Only Watch 2011, Girard-Perregaux has chosen a smoked sapphire crystal case back, thus revealing its savoir-faire put to use for this great cause. Girard-Perregaux, which celebrates its 220th anniversary in 2011, is one of the jewels in the crown of Swiss Haute Horlogerie. Some of the most innovative designs and movements created by Constant Girard-Perregaux in the 19th century, such as the Tourbillon with three gold Bridges, are still being produced today.
