C. domed enamel base with painted scenes representing a satyr surprising a sleeping nymph, and another satyr abducting a young woman as cupids look on, three gilt brass feet depicting Satyr masks, gilt brass stork middle section supporting the oval movement, with painted on enamel scene depicting two lovers in a woodland setting, band painted on enamel with foliate pattern, gilt bezel, enameled finial in the shape of a bird. D. oval, gilt, champlevé Roman numerals in azure champlevé enamel cartoches separated by green champlevé fleur-de-lis, center with polychrome champlevé rosette on translucent dark blue enamel.
