C. two-body, "Louis XVI", the back finely painted on enamel in the manner of Richter depicting a young man with a bow and a shepherdess in a wood, with mountains in the background, blue laurel leaf paillon frame with gold paillon borders, the bezels with an azure champlevé laurel leaf pattern within white enamel borders, the front bezel with half pearls. D. white enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute divisions, fifteen-minute Arabic markers. Gold "beetle and poker" hands. M. 36.7 mm ø, hinged, glt brass full plate with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass three-arm balance, continental cock, repeating on a bell by depressing the pendant.Signed on dial and movement.Diam. 48 mm.
