Very fine and rare 18ct gold "grande and petite sonnerie" minute repeating keyless clockwatch with a certificate from the Observatory of Neuchatel, dated 1902 in an original red leather fitted case with two spare glasses and an extra enamel dial in three parts with Arabic numerals and subsidiary seconds.

Four body "demi-bassine et filets carrure ronde" case with engine-turned back. Gold cuvette. White enamel three part dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel "pear" hands. Very fine nickel plated 19double train movement, "a vagues" decoration, 36 jewels, three screwed settings, with a differential winding, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. Striking and repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band. Signed on the dial and the cuvette. In very good condition.
