Double body case with a split pearl set bezel, the pendant with paillonné enamelled decoration, the fine enamelled portrait of a young lady writing a letter, painted on the back, over a dark blue background, split pearl set border. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals. Gold "Breguet" hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with a plain brass three armed balance, a continental cock and a polished steel endpiece. In very good condition. Diam.: 53 mm.
