Four body "demi-bassine et filet" case, a scene depicting Venus playing with three cupids, finely painted "en grisaille" on the enamelled back, the border set with rose diamonds. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gold "spade" hands. 10"' gilt brass movement, 8 jewels, cylinder escapement with a plain gilt brass three armed balance. In good condition. Diam. 30 mm.
