Anonymous, Swiss, circa 1900. Fine 18-carat gold and enamel gem set lady's fob watch.

Four body massive "demi-bassine" case, chased overall with scrolls and flowers, the back pierced and set with small diamonds, a sapphire cabochon set at the center. The gold cuvette with a translucent green enamel over engineturning can be seen through the pierced back. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals. Gilt metal "Louis XV" hands. 7,5' nickel plated movement, "fausses-côtes" decoration, 17 jewels, straight line escapement with cut bimetallic balance. In very good condition. Diam. 24 mm.
