Good 18-carat gold pair case watch for the Dutch market. Double body outer case 'repoussé' with a mythological scene and further rocaille decoration. Plain double body inner case. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gilt metal Louis XV hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with baluster pillars, ' fusée' and chain, verge escapement with plain brass three armed balance and a Dutch style cock pierced and engraved with scrolled inhabited foliage. In good condition. Diam. 48 mm.
