Very fine 18-carat gold and enamel hunting cased watch. Massive four body 'bassine et filet' chiselled case, with a very fine engraved and 'champlevé' enamelled coat of arms over a feather engine turned background with the motto: 'Ave Maria - Plena Gracia' further outer decoration, similar back with a 'champlevé' enamelled monogram below symbolic animals. Gold cuvette engraved with flowers. White enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. Gilt brass bar movement, 15 jewels, straight line escapement and cut bimetallic balance. In mint condition. Diam. 53 mm.
