Fine 18-carat gold diamond set pendant watch in form of a leaf, with a short gold chain and a ratchet key. Four body 'fermé' type, chiselled and diamond set case with a matted background, opening on the white enamel dial with Roman numerals. Dedication engraved on the edge, dated 1875. Gold cuvette. Gilt brass bar movement, 8 jewels, cylinder escapement with plain brass three armed balance. In very good condition. 53 x 33 mm.
