Fine and rare 18-carat gold pearl set ring watch with a special escapement, and a visible balance. In original fitted case with a gold moon stone set opening medallion key. Double body polished case with pearl set bezel. Small off-set white enamel dial with Roman numerals. Blued steel 'scoties' hands. Gold engine turned dial plate with the 'fast/slow' index aperture below the dial and the gold visible plain five armed balance. Unusual gilt brass shaped full plate inverted movement wish a going barrel and a virgule escapement. In very good condition. 30 x 19 mm.
