Very fine 18-carat gold and enamel pearl set musical harp. The back and the base of the instrument with ' champlevé' enamelled decoration over engine turning: musical score, laurel branches and further flowers and foliage, the rear part of the back with two Cupids and two Muses, painted on a white bakcground, further blue and red pearl set enamelled ornaments. The musical gilt brass movement with pointed barrel and 6 piled up vibrating steel blades, is set within the base, pierced and chiselled with scrolled foliage on the top. In good condition. 85x55 mm.
