Very fine 18-carat gold and enamel watch. Double body engraved case, bezel and pendant with ' champlevé' enamelled decoration, the back with a fine enamel painted scene depicting Diane and a young lady in a landscape (the border slightly restored on the 'champlevé' decoration). White enamel dial with Empire numerals. Gold ' poker' hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass three armed balance, continental cock pierced and engraved with the maker's monogram, polished steel endpiece. In good condition. Diam. 55 mm.
