Rare 18-carat gold 'Adam and Eve` animated watch. Double body polished case. Off-set white enamel dial with Arabic numerals and a painted scene on the upper part depicting the earthly paradise, a horse and a dog, a sheep and a camel, on each side of a glazed aperture in which an automaton snake is revolving around the figures of Adam and Eve (hair crack). Gold Breguet hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with conical pillars, fusee and chain, plain brass three armed balance, continental cock with steel endstone. Gilt brass dust ring. In good condition. Diam. 57 mm.
