Good 18-carat gold and enamel pair cased pearl set clockwatch for the Turkish market. Double body outer case, the split pearl set bezel with scallop edge and 'champlevé' enamelled decoration, the back with fine enamel painted flowers in a split pearl inlaid frame. Double body inner case with pierced and engraved foliage decoration on the edge. White enamel dial with Turkish numerals. Gilt brass hands set with split pearls. Gilt brass full plate double train movement with column pillars, going barrel on both trains, cylinder escapement with plain three armed polished steel balance. Striking on a bell. Gilt brass dust cap. In good condition. Diam. 58 mm.
