18-carat three coloured gold and enamel watch. Double body engraved case, fine small painted enamel oval portrait of a lady in the middle of the back within a red translucent enamel frame, outer chiselled cast-symbols of love and fidelity over a blue enamel background, further green enamelled decoration (restorations). White enamel dial with Roman numerals and outer Arabic minute ring. Gold Louis XV hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with plain brass three armed balance, continental cock and polished steel endpiece. Good condition. Diam. 41 mm.
