Fine 18-carat gold and enamel pearl set watch with a gold and seed pearl enamelled contemporary chatelaine. Double body `directoir` case with split pearl set bezel, the pendant with enamel decoration, a very fine small painted enamel scene of a sportsman and his horse nearby a fountain, further enamelled decoration (very slightly restored) with inlaid split pearls. Two element gold and enamel chatelaine with two charms, a seal and a key. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals (slightly restored). Later gilt hands. Gilt brass full plate movement with cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement with plain brass three armed balance, continental cock and polished steel endpiece. In good condition. Diam. 49 mm.
