Patel( Philippe & Cie., Geneve, N° 137858, case N° 273369, circa 1907. Very fine 18K gold keyless watch with a split second chronograph.
Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Breguet numerals, outer Arabic minute ring and subsidiary seconds. Gold "Louis XV" hands. Nickel plated 17? movement, "fausses cotes" decoration, 22 jewels, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, eight adjustments, Breguet balance spring with a swan neck micrometric index. The split second chronograph with a visible work, the push pieces on the winding crown and on the band. Signed on the dial, the cuvette and the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 46 mm.
