Four body massive "demi-bassine" polished case. Gold cuvette. White enamel dial with Arabic numerals and outer red Arabic minute ring. Gold Louis XV hands. Very fine nickel plated 18"' movement "Extra special" quality, " fausses cotes" decoration, 20 jewels, two screwed settings, equilibrated straight line lever escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, blued steel balance spring with a Philippe terminal curve and a swan neck micrometric index. Signed by the America retailer on the dial and the case, both by Patek Philippe and the retailer on the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 49 mm.
