A very fine and important silver and 18k gold case, keyless pocket chronometer with a Tourbillon regulator by Albert Pellaton, Premier Bulletin, awarded the second prize at the Geneva Observatory 1907 contest with 240.4 points of 300 points. Double body "demi-bassine" carrure plate engine turned case with gold rims pendant and bow. Silver glazed cuvette. Polished silver dial engraved with " Empire" numerals and offset subsidiary seconds. Breguet blued steel hands. Very fine nickel plated 20? movement, 15 jewels, two gold screwed settings, spring detent escapement, brass-invar Guillaume balance, blued steel balance spring with a Philippe terminal curve, mounted in a three equidistant polished steel armed minute revolving carriage driven by the minute wheel. Signed on the dial and the movement. In very good condition. Diam. 56 mm.
