Four body massive "bassine et filets" case, the cover with a very fine painted scene of an Islamic City on the background, red translucent enamelled border with scrolled chased diamond inlaid decoration. The enamelled back with a similar decoration, and a very fine painted flower composition, a small moske on the opalescent background. gold cuvette. Gilt metal engine-turned dial with arabic numerals in circular silvered reserves, outer silvered minute ring and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel " spade" hands. Glazed gilt brass 19? movement, 29 jewels, three screwed settings, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, Breguet balance spring. Repeating on gongs by means of a slide on the band. Signed on the dial and the cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 54 mm.
