?Radial Pearls? Bautte & Moynier à Genève, No. 34184. Made circa 1830 for the Chinese market. Very fine and rare, 18K gold, split pearl-set pocket watch with pearl-set dial and key.

C. Two-body, sprung and hinged bezel set with split-pearls and seed pearls, the back set entirely with graduated split-pearls in a radial pattern, pendant and bow decorated to match. D. Matte and engine-turned gold with radial Roman numerals set with seed pearls, varicolored gold flower and foliate border, central rosette. Gold ?Breguet? hands. M. 31 mm.13 1/2???, gilt brass, three-quarter plate, spring barrel, cylinder escapement, threearm gold balance recessed within the movement, flat balance spring, index regulator. Movement signed, case marked BM and numbered. Diam. 43 mm.
