Notes
This clock takes its inspiration from the decoration of Qianlong
period (1736-95) Chinese ceramics in its use of the turquoise color
and splashed flambé glaze. Oriental design was a major source of
inspiration during the Art Deco period and was reinterpreted in all
manner of objects.
