C. Mahogany with inlaid stringing, arch-top, the front decorated with applied gilt brass flower mounts, bun feet, the back door mounted with the patent regulation device. D. Matte silvered with polished gilt Paris numerals, outer minute track, the center cut away to reveal the hour-wheel and pendulum. Pierced blued steel ?spade? hands. M. 120 mm, brass plates, electromagnetic pendulum, battery contacts. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 21 x 20.5 x 8 cm. Property of a French Gentleman
