Very fine and rare, large, platinum gentleman's chronometer wristwatch with 56-hour power-reserve indication, 18K pink gold movement and a platinum F.P. Journe buckle. Accompanied by the original box and certificate.
C. Two-body, solid, polished, concave lugs, transparent case back with 6 screws, sapphire crystals. D. Guilloché silver with painted radial Arabic numerals on a plain outer reserve, subsidiary seconds dial, sector for the up-anddown indication at 3. Blued steel "Journe" hands. M. Cal. F.P. Journe 1304, 18K pink gold, "fausses côtes" decoration, 22 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium 4-arm balance adjusted to 6 positions with eccentric timing weights, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, twin barrels, gold wheel train. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 40 mm. Thickness 9 mm.
