Fine and important silver cased keyless pocket chronometer with a one minute tourbillon regulator. Three piece bassine et filets" polished case with a glazed back. Silvered dial with Breguet numerals and subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. Very fine 22" movement in grey, caliber from the Technicum of La Chaux-de- Fonds, 15 jewels. very fine lateral lever escapement with a brass-invar Guillaume balance and a Breguet balance spring mounted in a polished steel three armed carriage driven by the minute wheel and revolving once per minute. In very good condition. Diam. 59 mm.

Note: Although this watch has a movement in grey. the craftsmanship of the escapement and the tourbillon is of the highest standard. It is almost certainly a masterpiece made at the Technicum of La Chaux-de-Fonds.
