C. Four-body, ?Empire?, back cover, band and bezel engine-turned, gold hinged cuvette, bolt at 9 o'clock to activate the music. D. Gold, engine-turned with ?basket? pattern, Roman numerals on plain, round cartouches, outer minute divisions. Blued steel ?lozenge? hands. M. 35.3 mm, gilt brass, cylinder escapement, three-arm gold balance, flat balance spring, ?sur plateau? musical mechanism with 20 tuned teeth working on pins on both sides of the disc.Diam. 40 mm.
