Yellow Gold "Tri-Compax" Universal, Genève, "Tri-Compax". Made in the 1950s. Fine, astronomic, 18K yellow gold, gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, registers, triple date, moon phases and tachometer.
C. Three-body, polished, inclined bezel, concave curved lugs.
D. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes, outer minutes
and fifths of a second track with Arabic five minute/second
numerals, concentric tachometer scale, subsidiary dials for the
seconds, the 12-hour and 30-minute registers, graduation for
the date around the moon phase aperture, apertures for the
days of the week and the months. Yellow gold "feuille" hands.
M. Cal. 283, frosted gilt, 17 jewels, straight-line lever escapement,
monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet
balance spring, index regulator.
Dial, case and movement signed.
