?The Egyptian Tent? Swiss, probably Geneva, No. 4408. Made circa 1810. Fine and unusual, 18K gold and enamel lady?s pendant watch with concealed dial.
C. Two-body, polished, spring-loded front cover decorated with blue, red, white, black and green champleve enamel mock Egyptian symbols, the back decorated to match, oval suspension loop. D. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel ?Breguet? hands. M. 20 mm., frosted gilt, full plate, fusee and chain, verge escapement with micrometric potence adjustment, brass three-arm balance, flat balance spring, continental balance cock, silvered regulation dial. Dim. 32 x 28 mm.
